On average our team has worked in travel for 20 years, giving us a deep and instinctive travel knowledge. Over this time we have travelled on fact-finding educational trips to Canada, New Zealand, Africa, the US, cruises, the Middle East, Costa Rica, the Indian Ocean, Far East and extensively in Europe – in fact the only trip we are waiting for is Antarctica!
That first-hand experience, alongside feedback from the thousands of customers we have sent all over the world means that we can steer you towards the accommodation and experiences that can make a good holiday great.

Chris has owned Bailey’s Travel for over 30 years, he has a passion for worldwide travel and is a particular expert in Ski and complex itineraries
Jane Karatas
Branch Manager
As our Leighton office manager, Jane loves the diversity of our customer requirements. She is a particular expert in European holidays and has travelled extensively around the world as well as living in Turkey for a number of years.
Stef Trevett
Senior Travel Consultant
Stef has completed a number of educational, fact finding trips including Costa Rica, Mauritius, Canada and Kenya. She is an expert on worldwide destinations but equally good at finding great value European breaks
Sue Bryant
Senior Travel Consultant
Sue has a wealth of experience of booking our Wellingborough customers all over the world. Sue is also our absolute cruise expert and has led a number of Bailey’s exclusive tours.
Carol Dear

Carol is a favourite with our Leighton Buzzard customers and has huge experience in booking a wide range of holidays. Carol is a big cruise fan and has had recent trips to The Maldives and New Zealand.
Frances Walsh
Admin Manager
Frances is our Administration Manager responsible for ensuring payments to suppliers are made, chasing refunds and ensuring that all the documentation for your holiday is correct and up to date.

Simone loves a challenge and getting her teeth into complex travel requirements. Simone enjoys a cruise and has undertaken a lot of cruise training, she is also a huge Disney fan so the person to speak to for Florida!
Christal Craddock

Christal is another of our Travel Consultants who enjoys tailor made and complex itineraries around the world. She particularly enjoys travelling to Italy and the USA.
Suzy Pehl

Suzy has worked in the travel industry for over 10 years, largely as cabin crew, so has experience of a good range of European destinations. Suzy also lived in the USA for 2 years so is a particular expert in stays to Florida and New York

Whilst we pride ourselves on supporting all travel arrangements, we specialise in complex and bespoke itineraries where we use our experience and range of tour operators to find you the perfect holiday.
As an independent travel agent we book holidays, flights and other travel arrangements all over the world. Our independence allows us to book your holiday with the best tour operator, not just the one we happen to be part of. This means that alongside the huge tour operators such as TUI, Kuoni and Jet2 we book specialists like Veloso and Wendu Wu who have expert knowledge on their destinations.
