A message to our wonderful customers…

Thank you for your patience as we have been supporting customers all over the world get home safely. It has involved us working round the clock but we are incredibly satisfied to achieve so many positive outcomes.

As we move into our ‘new normal’ phase over the next couple of months, the way we will be supporting you will change. For the time being, our offices in Leighton Buzzard and Wellingborough will remain closed. We will still have access to all your details and Chris and Jane will be available for you to speak to should you have any questions about your upcoming arrangements.

For those already looking ahead to late 2020 and 2021 to resume your postponed plans, firstly we like your style! Secondly, we will of course continue to be on hand to get these booked for you. Many of our tour operator partners have introduced more flexibility into their terms meaning that you can book now with the confidence that you can change dates or arrangements should you need to.
