On average our team has worked in travel for 20 years, giving us a deep and instinctive travel knowledge. Over this time we have travelled on fact-finding educational trips to Canada, New Zealand, Africa, the US, cruises, the Middle East, Costa Rica, the Indian Ocean, Far East and extensively in Europe – in fact the only trip we are waiting for is Antarctica!
That first-hand experience, alongside feedback from the thousands of customers we have sent all over the world means that we can steer you towards the accommodation and experiences that can make a good holiday great.

Chris has owned Bailey’s Travel for over 30 years, he has a passion for worldwide travel and is a particular expert in Ski and complex itineraries
Jane Karatas
Branch Manager
As our Leighton office manager, Jane loves the diversity of our customer requirements. She is a particular expert in European holidays and has travelled extensively around the world as well as living in Turkey for a number of years.
Stef Trevett
Senior Travel Consultant
Stef has completed a number of educational, fact finding trips including Costa Rica, Mauritius, Canada and Kenya. She is an expert on worldwide destinations but equally good at finding great value European breaks
Simone Lines
Branch Manager
Simone loves a challenge and getting her teeth into complex travel requirements. Simone enjoys a cruise and has undertaken a lot of cruise training, she is also a huge Disney fan so the person to speak to for Florida!

Carol is a favourite with our Leighton Buzzard customers and has huge experience in booking a wide range of holidays. Carol is a big cruise fan and has had recent trips to The Maldives and New Zealand.
Frances Walsh
Administration Manager
Frances is our Administration Manager, at our Wellingborough branch. Frances manages all aspects for our clients travel needs including ticketing, travel coordination and customer support. She ensures all our clients are ready to travel and follows up with them after their holiday to ensure they had a fabulous time. Frances’s passion is cruising, she shares her knowledge with our clients and has booked many of our customers cruises all over the world.

Chrissy has travelled extensively in the last 40 years, working in retail travel and as airline ground crew at Heathrow.
She loves multi centre destination holidays and her favourite locations are Croatia, Maldives, Mauritius and Steamboat Colorado skiing.

As an independent travel agent we book holidays, flights and other travel arrangements all over the world. Our independence allows us to book your holiday with the best tour operator, not just the one we happen to be part of. This means that alongside the huge tour operators such as TUI, Kuoni and Jet2 we book specialists like Veloso and Wendu Wu who have expert knowledge on their destinations.
