Being independent also means that we can work with a wider range of tour operators than our major travel agency competitors. This means that we can work with companies who offer specialist travel to specific destinations, giving you a greater travel experience.

We have negotiated some fantastic rates with tour operators and we are therefore able to offer you prices that you can't find anywhere else. We work with both recognised tour operators and companies who can dynamically package holidays for you, giving you greater choice and flexibility.

All our holiday's are ABTA bonded. Whether you are booking a single flight or a holiday package you can rest assured that you are covered by ABTA bonding. We had clients affected by the collapse of XL Holiday's in late 2008, all of whom received full compensation.

All our travel experts are exactly that - experts. We only employ people with at least 2 years experience in the travel industry and we encourage our staff to learn as much as they can about the subject. Our staff travel on regular educational trips, designed to teach them about a specific destination by experiencing it for themselves. You can be sure we know what we are talking about.
